How quickly can care start?
Every situation is different. If you need urgent support, especially after a hospital stay, we will do our best to respond quickly and explain what we can safely provide in the short term while we build a longer-term plan.
Do you only support complex needs?
We specialise in complex and long-term conditions, but we also support people who simply need a bit of extra help at home, such as personal care, meal preparation, companionship or respite for a family carer.
Can you offer live-in care instead of a care home?
Yes – live-in care can be a good alternative to residential care for people with complex needs who want to stay in familiar surroundings. We will discuss whether this is suitable and what level of support would be required.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Milton Keynes and usually cover up to a 50-mile radius, including towns such as Leighton Buzzard, Bedford, Northampton, Luton, Aylesbury and many surrounding villages. Visit our Areas We Cover page or send us your postcode.
How is home care paid for?
Some people fund their care privately, others use local authority direct payments or personal health budgets. We can talk you through the options and explain our pricing clearly before any support begins.
